The SIPTU Meath District Council is hosting a seminar for union activists and local representatives outlining its plans for tackling the housing crisis in the county.

In Navan, Co Meath, there are more vacant properties than there are people on the housing waiting list: A row of boarded up houses in Flower Hill, Navan

‘Tackling the Meath Housing and Homelessness Crisis’ will be addressed by Fr. Peter McVerry and leading trade union experts on the causes and solutions of the housing crisis.

New details on the extent of the housing crisis in county Meath will be presented by SIPTU researcher, Michael Taft, at the event.
